Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at healivnutra@gmail.com or +91 891-8286399.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, returns are not accepted once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

• Damaged product

• Wrong product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

Refund Process

• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Supporting images/videos may be required

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

• Incorrect usage or change of mind

• Opened or used products

• Delay caused by courier partners
